Honest Burgers

When we travel, we often go for an easy, cheesy, quick meal.

And a really good burger is not something
I often get to wrap my hands around.

So Honest Burgers is always worth a visit for me.

Even though many of the restaurants are small and busy,
we always manage to get a table.

Amazingly good gluten-free buns and gluten-free onion rings,
for those who fancy a ring or four.

I’ve been to many of the locations in London,
and my favourite spot is the one near Borough Market.

Maybe it’s one of the biggest restaurants?
I’ve never seen it crowded there.

I can almost taste it again just writing this.

A juicy burger with lots of flavourful toppings.
Rosemary fries.
Honestly, what’s not to love?

I’m already looking forward to the next one.

This one was thoroughly enjoyed in Brighton this July:

I actually remember thinking, as I wrapped my hands around this:
“Wow. I’m really going to enjoy this moment.”

This is something I get to experience maybe once a year,
or even every other year.

I guess it wouldn’t be quite the same
if Honest Burgers were a regular thing.
